By downloading, installing, or using Herbly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Herbly provides AI-powered herbal remedy recommendations and educational information about medicinal herbs. The App is designed for informational purposes only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Medical Disclaimer
The information provided by Herbly is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read in the App.
4. User Responsibilities
- Consult with qualified healthcare professionals before using any herbal remedies
- Inform your healthcare provider about any herbs or supplements you use
- Check for potential interactions with medications you are taking
- Understand that individual responses to herbs may vary
5. User-Generated Content & Community Rules (EULA)
The Herbly community lets members post text, recipes, photos, videos and comments ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit and must own or have the rights to it. You must be at least 14 years old to post or comment.
THERE IS NO TOLERANCE FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT OR ABUSIVE USERS. You agree that you will not post or transmit:
- Hate speech, slurs, harassment, bullying, or threats of violence
- Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit material, or any content that exploits or endangers minors
- Content promoting illegal activity, the sale of drugs, or dangerous medical claims
- Spam, scams, impersonation, or the personal information of others
- Any other content a reasonable person would find objectionable
How we enforce this:
- Automatic filtering — every post and comment is screened for objectionable language and refused before it is published
- Flagging — any member can flag a post or comment; flagged content is removed from the feed immediately and reviewed by our team
- Blocking — any member can block another member, which instantly removes all of that member's content from their feed and notifies our moderation team
- 24-hour action — we review every report and act on objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided it
- Ejection — accounts that post objectionable content or abuse other members are permanently removed from the community without refund

6. Subscription and Payments
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Herbly and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Herbly and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
